We are often taught that: Our self-worth is based on our career success, productivity should always come before our wellbeing and pleasure, non-productivity makes you lazy, hard work equals happiness, and our worth is dependent on our perfectionism.  These beliefs create a generation that is unhappy, unmotivated, overworked, miserable, and ashamed of their bodies and self.  In this workshop Shoshi will help you understand what holds importance for you and your life, and will remind you that your happiness is your own and it stands before anything else.
