The Fermented Mumma will take you through a detailed course on Mushrooms of the Dandenong Ranges. You will get to see, taste and touch a variety of wild mushrooms, get guided through how to identify wild mushrooms safely, where to find them and then a scrumptious lunch of wild mushrooms will be served. A walk will be included to identify species covered in the area – we will not be picking mushrooms but searching, identifying and discussing. This is to protect the natural habitat.
