An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until April 5, 2022
Come and enjoy peaceful, flowing breath/ movement exercises. Benefits include increased lung capacity, reduced anxiety, nourishment of nervous system ,organ systems and improved balance and coordination. Beginners welcome. Please wear flat comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle.
