PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
Do you have your own Public Liability insurance? If so, you will need to provide a Certificate of Currency for 20 Million dollars.
If not, you can pay $15 to be covered by Selby Community House Inc Public Liability Insurance (subject to conditions). Cost is $15 additional.
Will you require Power for your site? If so, a cost of $30 will apply.
Please note: There will only be a limited number of powered sites available, for food and beverage only.
Food and Beverage stalls will need to remain until 7 pm unless sold out. Please describe your food safety practices and outlines your ways of maintaining a safe portable food environment.
Child Safety Regulations require all Stallholders conducting child participation activities at their stall will hold a current WWC Check. We will require a copy of this identification as appropriate.
