With local Chef Glen who leads a fun and interactive cooking demonstration where you will learn to make a
Sticky Thai Caramel and palm sugar dressing (nuoc nam), a curry paste and will share a meal of fragrant rice and curries all the while being mildly entertained by a chef with vast experience.
