An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Friday, repeating until March 18, 2022
Make an appointment with yourself and spend time focusing on you! Not only will mindful meditation give you a chance to relax your body, it will bring you out of autopilot and give you space to notice what is happening for you in your inner and outer world – a great reset for your day. Suits beginners and those who have practiced before. During the six seeks we will combine a little theory, some discussion, mindful practice and reflection.
