Hand Building Ceramics – Sit. Stay. Clay!

If you’re an animal lover and a creative soul, this course is for you! Over 8 weeks, we’ll slow down and get into the rhythm of working with clay, while celebrating our pet friends. Whether you’re looking to try something new, unwind after work, or get creative with friends, this course is all about making space to learn, explore, and enjoy the process, while making a series of pet-themed pieces — perfect for your own home or as heartfelt handmade gifts for fellow animal lovers. We’ll make treat jars with sculpted lids, water & food bowls, mugs & cups with paw prints or pet portraits, & small animal sculptures. We will also have the opportunity to work with porcelain and make little jewellery pieces and trinket dishes (not themed). Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to reconnect with clay or to learn new tricks and tips. BYO apron. Suits age 18+. Includes all materials, tools, clay, glaze and fired pieces to take home
